ANALYSIS OF INVESTMENT FEASIBILITY STUDI ON CV. A-ZTEK ENGINEERING


ABSTRACT

            Development of an enterprise generally require considerable capital, of course, considerable capital is not enough just to use their own capital but also needed outside capital or capital investor. It also will affect the development of the company in the long term.
            In scientific writing is entitled "STUDY FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS OF INVESTMENT IN CV. A-ZTEK ENGINEERING ", the author wants to know whether investment projects for development at CV. A-ztek Engineering acceptable or not.
            The data used is to use the estimated initial capital investment analysis. Analysis tool used is the Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The result of the calculation Payback Period (PP) gained 1 year and 11 months, the Net Present Value (NPV) obtained Rp 112,675,697.88, Profitability Index (PI) obtained by 2.150162792, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) obtained by 47,35%. From these results the investment project eligible to receive or run.
